Draelis monarchia

yes another flutter dragon, this one is entirely from imagination. I then set it on a photo I took of a lichen on a tree.

I'm sort of playing with their design of face and ears etc though each one seems to individual, that and i think they getting cuter.
Done with watercolour pencils. Name is from the latin of monarch as wings remind me of the monarch butterfly and purple is seen as a royal colour.
