The River courts the Moon

"...on certain calm nights when the moon is full you can see the great river spirit court the moon..."

A commission for a friend I completed before Christmas, I was given the topic of Asian themed dragon in black and white. It was intended as a gift so waited until I had confirmation on the recipient receiving it and she was very happy!
This is tea stained paper with black and white ink drawing on the top with the shadows and reflections helped by painting with tea. I am so happy with this piece!
